January 2026 Business meeting and Journal CEU: AORN North Harris/Montgomery County Chapter 4410

For the month of January, our Chapter 4410 will try something new for our CEU offering after our business meeting. In preparation for our meeting, we will review one of the CEUs from our AORN journal, conduct a group discussion on the journal article and complete a self-driven CEU completion. CEU Title: "Supporting Perioperative Personnel After a Medical Error: Addressing Trauma and Promoting Recovery With the AORN Second Victim Tool Kit" (October 2025 article).

Once you review the article, make notes that would be beneficial to discuss with the group. Think of how your personal experiences are reflected in the article and kindly share your story with the group during the discussions. 

After all discussion we will tackle the CEU portion for credit. This should provide us with 2.3 CEUs after successful completion. 

This is the first time we are trying this method of CEU for our Chapter and it is exciting to engage our members in using the journal as a source of educational offering.
