Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated RN Endo to join our team at Memorial Hermann Texas International Endoscopy Center. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring seamless surgical and patient care operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering high-quality care, has a strong attention to detail, and thrives in a collaborative healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides quality patient care using the nursing process, the medical plan of care, and organizational policies
- Provides safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in the perioperative services for all patient populations
- Supports the mission, vision, and values of the organization
- Reports to the Manager of Peri-operative Services
- Must possess a strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient
- Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing condition of the patient when needed
- Must be a Registered Nurse with an unrestricted license in the state
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Must have at least 1-3 years of previous experience in PreOP/PACU and Endoscopy.
- Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center strongly preferred
- Must have current BLS, ALS and PALS
